๐น Problem: The Retail sector client has recently seen a decline in profitability.

๐น Insight:
1) Average Order Value = Total Sales / Number of Orders = 21176377 INR / 31,047 orders
This gives us an average order value of approximately 682.07 INR.
2) 69% of online purchases are made by women, while 31% are made by men.
3) Adult women are more likely to make online purchases than adult men, Data suggests 44% of adult women make online purchases as compared to other age groups.
4) 80%, make purchases through three specific online retail channels/ platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
5) 92% of orders were successfully delivered. A high rate of successful deliveries suggests that the business is effectively managing supply chain and logistics operations.
6) Top sales for the business are coming from five Indian states: Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu.

4) To optimize online sales strategy, leveraging popular channels/platforms to sell their products through additional marketing efforts or unique value propositions.
5) Consider diversifying sales channels beyond just famous platforms in order to mitigate risks associated with over-reliance on a single channel.

A cupcake shop that produces baked goods for both consumers and businesses.

๐น Problem: The client wants to know what their business will look like in five years if all goes to plan.

1)$ 1,207,517 will be the Total Revenue and Gross Profit will be $ 806,565 at the end of 2025
2)Closing Debt is zero, which means that the business will fully pay off all of its outstanding debts or obligations by the end of 2025.
3)This is a positive sign for the financial health of the business it indicates that the business will manage its debt effectively and is not burdened by high-interest payments or outstanding debt. And may make it more attractive to lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
4)$ 87,115 will be the Closing cash at the end of 2025. This means the shop will generate more cash from its operating, investing, and financing activities than it spent during the year and has sufficient liquidity to fund its operations and growth opportunities.
5)$ 149,506 will be the Net Cash Flow. This means the shop will generate more cash inflows than outflows during that period.
๐น Remedy/ Proposal:
1)However, it is important to note that having zero closing debt does not necessarily mean that the business has no outstanding financial obligations, as it may still have accounts payable, taxes, or other liabilities that need to be paid
2)Utilizing the remaining Cash resources effectively, such as investing in long-term assets, acquiring new businesses, or returning value to shareholders.

This is a win-loss analysis project for an auto accessories shop, where I utilised a sales pipeline tracker to understand better the success factors driving their sales.
Auto accessories shop in the US which comes under the automotive aftermarket sector wants to know the failure of a company's products or services in the market.

1) The client wants to know the reasons behind the failure of a company's products or services in the market.
2) Why they are gaining or losing customers and how to improve their products or services to better meet the needs of their target market.

1) Analysing and Improving the Sales Pipeline Conversion Rate
The focus of the project would be to identify the reasons behind the high percentage of losses in the sales pipeline and develop strategies to improve the conversion rate.
This report presents a detailed analysis of the sales pipeline for an Auto accessories shop. highlighting key trends and performance metrics. Overall, the analysis shows that the sales pipeline has a win rate of 23% and a loss rate of 77%. The report identifies several key areas for improvement, including lead quality, sales process optimization, and training for the sales team.
